Converts or discipleship classes cater to the new believers in Christ. The lessons are designed to help them grow in knowledge and understanding of the life of a child of God. Students go through sessions on water baptism and various other aspects of Christian belief and practice. Classes are held immediately after Sunday morning services.

The Men’s Ministry Department exists to include all men of the congregation in activities within and outside of the church. Men meet to discuss pertinent issues affecting them. There are also solemn meetings for prayer and seeking the face of God. Additionally the men gather for times of relaxation and at other times for lending a helping hand to someone in need.

The pastoral orderly department, along with the ushers, forms the protocol department for the church. More specifically, the team caters to the needs of the Pastor and any special guest speakers who may be present.

The ladies department is open to all women from the congregation. The ministry has seen many nights of fun, informative and life altering sessions. Apart from engaging the ladies at Victory, the ministry occasionally visits WM groups at other churches. The ladies meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday.
